SYNOPSIS
‘Evolution’ is a short movie about the micro universe that is perceived through the eyes of a microscopist. The movie is especially constructed to emphasize the beauty of microscopy through organic audio-visual effects.
The journey starts by the full three dimensional reconstruction of the fruit fly and zebra-fish and from there we sequentially dive further down into cellular resolution to animated reconstruction of the DNA. Every step of the way from whole animal down to the DNA structure is beautifully reconstructed through sophisticated microscopy techniques. To fully enjoy this audio-visual microscopic travel, ‘pump up the volume’.
