DIRECTOR’S BIO
Ekaterina Eremenko – producer, film director and writer. Currently lives and works in Berlin. Graduated from Moscow State University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics in 1990 and from the Film Directing Department of the Moscow State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK, under Marlen Khutsiyev) in 2000. In 2002, she graduated from Discovery Campus Masterschool in Munich, Germany. She is a founder of the EEFilms (“Ekaterina Eremenko Films”) production company based in Berlin. Ekaterina directed such documentaries as «Meistersinger: The Sound of Russia» (2003), «Big Bones – Big Business» (2004), and « My Class – Was aus uns wurde» (2008).
